Chief Financial Officer Karmina Hernandez
A seasoned leader with over 10 years experience at Softline in finance and operations. Karmina acquired a BS degree in Accounting from Assumption College, Philippines. She has been with Softline since its inception in 2001 helping to create the business strategy and formula of success that has guided Softline to where it is today, a multi-million dollar corporation. Karmina works closely with the President and Director advising on accounting, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. She also consults on legal and human resources issues.
General Manager Kelley Owen
Born and raised in Southern California, Kelley brings 25 years of customer service and human resources experience to Softline. She is proactive and has excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Her goal is to continue to improve our personnel across the board and put in place new systems in all departments from production to warehouse to customer service. Kelley brings over 15 years experience in the world of manufacturing, and has already proven that she is a perfect fit to the Softline team.
Production/Import Manager Nohemi "Amy" Ramirez
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Nohemi or "Amy" as friends and co-workers call her, joined Softline in 2005. A former CFO for a prominent local restaurant, Amy began working at Softline in customer service. Her talent and love for fabrics quickly got her promoted to Production/Import Manager. Amy works directly with all our mills, ensuring that deliveries are executed on time, and quality control inspections are completed thoroughly and accurately before the product ships to Softline's distribution centers.
Senior Account Executive Candice Sta Ana
A graduate from Polytechnics' Pacific Rim Business Academy in 2005, joined Softline in 2007 as a customer service specialist. With her business background, Candice was quickly promoted to Senior Account Executive overseeing EDI setups and operations for large scale retail accounts and our rapidly growing list of .com users. Candice also lends her expertise in other areas of product development, manufacturing and sales which culminated in her being awarded the 2011 Employee of the Year.
Warehouse Manager Ramiro Escobar
Ramiro started with Softline in 2006 working primarily in the warehouse, receiving and shipping. He continues in that capacity but now manages the entire department supervising our inventory management from piece goods tracking to liaising with production and finished goods packing and shipping.
Ready Made Manager Lupe Sandoval
Lupe joined Softline in 2003 as assistant warehouse manager. In 2005 she moved to our ready-made panel division overseeing order fulfillment, consolidation, replenishment, packing and finished goods inventory control. Lupe has learned to stay flexible in this fast paced, deadline driven part of the company.
Shipping Coordinator Laura Ramírez
Laura joined Softline in 2010 in the sample department. She showed a true sense of responsibility in her department as she managed numerous projects for the company. With her positive "can do" attitude she was quickly promoted to Shipping Coordinator within a year. Laura is instrumental in overseeing the logistics between the US and Canadian warehouses, as well as coordinating our domestic and International shipments. She has excellent communication skills with our customers and her colleagues.
